By the way please give me 24 hrs to get stuff set up. In reality it the time to setup should be much smaller but you know how work gets and the wife sometimes controls the computer at home THANKS

Thanks for the compliments folks. It's just a matter of having the time to do it. I will be focusing more time on content/functionality in the near future...

I did notice that it looks like we can share contacts across the domain which is a pretty cool feature...

Just an FYI. You can setup IMAP for your account. I'm currently using Thunderbird and it works like a champ!
