probably due to the fact that hitler over used the ones he had,the allies had far more tanks but the germans had the best armor and weapons.The fact that hitler didn't send fuel and oil to rommels tanks in africa probably didn't help much either.Good point on the uniform,I didn't take the time to notice,your not the only history nut here.

ohh,and the tanks that were used on the russian front were not set up for the extreme cold weather they were exposed to and expected to fight in
