Hey there Hired gunz. Well Uncle Fester has now gotten to what will be his new home for the Next 14 months. This place has changed a lot but the sad fact still remains. IRAQ SUCKS! When my travel agent said fun in the sun I didn't think he meant working for 14 hours out in the sun.

Hey man, take care, where have they stuck you anyway? I left LSA Anaconda last January, which while nice has too damn many officers at it, whenever we were there and not on a convoy. Take care and be safe.

Thanks for all the thoughts. I'm actually up in speicher right now. It's really cush and not a lot of danger (sort of takes the fun out of deployment). I was up in Balad (Anaconda) during OIF 1, it's amazing how that place has changed. When we were up there we didn't have a damn thing to eat drink or shower with, now there are swimming pools. I don't know what I liked better, while we lived like crap the first time our comradarie and the level of fun was way up there. Now everyone lives in their room with their roomate and just goes to work. It's early though, we'll see how things go.

Speicher isn't too bad. We used to run a lot of Convoys up there, seemed like we always got hit along the way, but hey you guys have Taco Bell so it was worth it. Sad our priorities. Well take care.
