Expansion complete!

OK, the GFG Pro Shop expansion is complete, save a few minor tweaks. We welcome you all to stop by and check it out. For those too far away, here's some eye candy of the work!























We still have to hang posters and do some touching up on things, but as you can see, we are fairly ready to rock and roll! Thanks to everyone who was so patient during the dust and the mess!

Thanks, Agg! Before we even had the pro shop, we had a 35 acre combination field in Franklinton; about 45 minutes from Mandeville. It was arguably some of the best woods in the area and was a very popular scenario field. We also had an extremely nice airball field there. Unfortunately, after Katrina slammed it, we had to make a choice. Since the shop was the bigger investment and undamaged by the storm, we had to stick there. Plus, it was near impossible to keep personnel to competently run the field.

We were going to open it back up two years ago just before gas prices went to the sky, but that is self explanatory. We still have to option on the land, now if someone would only throw up 20K or so to re-equip, we could...

The pro shop has been open for 4 years. The property around the shop itself would fit at least two full size X Ball fields. Unfortunately, the landlord has not entertained the proposal. But we never quit trying. We settle for a Snap Cage and hope for the future.

We keep paintball DVD's and the occasional Jester "specials" in the player (Anybody notice what title is on the screen?), and there's always good tunes playing.

All Junkies are welcome anytime. We've had lots in there visiting already. Call or write me and tell us you're coming and we'll clear a spot on the futon!
