Gun hits are considered extremity hits and are healable. And Deep, I agree. In fact, the "injured" player must remain stationary after he is hit. If he is unreachable by a medic within a reasonable amout of time, (2 to 3 minutes, MAX), he "bleeds out" and the Ref in the immediate area will call the player out.
