You do realize that you would have a football on top of your hopper, dont you? But I can sympathize, I am making one out of a shoebox.

Better idea - someone needs to build a back pack that holds a case or half a case of paint and feeds it through a hose to the gun. There is the million doller idea go build it so i can buy it and use it.

Check ebay. There is a VL3000 300rd 18vlt. You could also look at the VL tripod it has a 300 rd also.

Take a five gallon water bottle, like is mounted in an "office" water cooler. Get an old OD backpack from surplus; Appropriate tubing, adhesive & tape; 1 Warp feed and a dose of engineering imagination. The neck on the bottle should be wide enough to avoid jams.

Brings back memories of the days before Rocket Loaders when I made my own. Big bleach bottles with a coat hanger stuck through a wine cork as a stopper to control the paint flow. Then a large mouth detergent jug with a sliding piece of plastic that you pulled back and forth to open/close the flow of paintballs; much like the Rocket is today, without the spring apparatus. I hadn't gotten that far when they came out with it. But it was fun to do!

TheBoss, I took notice of your locals when I covered Red Dawn at your field. A large portion of them had the ability to switch to those large hoppers especially during your 1 hopper only match's. I rarely see this at other fields. How did that come about down there?
