Empire does not care about Us

Did you know that Empire will not sell repair parts to YOU?

Did you know that they will not sell you a part even when it is not stocked by 888 Paintball (they seem to be in the same building)

I had a broken shell half on my reloader I picked one up at the shop at PBC good price and they even put in on for me (I didn't bring my glasses with me).

Later the impeller broke and the shop had them only as part of a kit.

I don't expect them to stock every part for everything ever made.

I thought I would just give the manufacturer a call and buy one. Boy was I wrong.

I found out that Empire does not care about end users.
All I wanted was an impeller.
THEY WOULD NOT SELL ME ONE.

They said they were wholesale only and referred me to 888paintball. I figured ok no problemo. I was wrong again.
They had the repair kit but not just an impeller.

I went back to Empire and they sent me to a gun tech this time, he couldn't help me at all.

Sooo I am going to call JMJ and see if their impeller will fit.

I never had any problem with the Reloader's operation.
I actually liked the sound activation.

It just kills me they expect me to spend $30 on a repair kit for this one small part.

Needless to say I won't be buying anymore of their products.

See me at the field next chance you get and I will see if I can find one from a broken hopper that we can swap out.

That's ridiculous. That's why I like my Halo. Nothing ever breaks on them.

Ive had my halo for about 1yr and all of a sudden in the middle of a tourney the eyes started messing up and ive cleaned them multiple times and they keep messing up, do you think something has just gone wrong with the board?

I plan on buying a victory board soon anyway.

I have see the most problems with halos, i have worked on halos replacing boards, cleaning them, replacing drive cones, i personally hate them because they can be very tempermental. While they are good loaders you quite often see many people take multiable halos to tournaments because they can go do so easily.

Does anyone know someone that has a Q-loader system for sale. I'll be looking to buy one in about two or three weeks. I was wanting to get the system and extra pods + belt.

I'm not a big fan of Empire for anything. I think their hoppers were them just trying to copy Odyssey and Viewloader and try to take over thier spots with their own loaders.

I love the way my Halo performs when it does perform. They are very tempermental though. It works when it wants to work. I don't plan on buying another one because I don't want to deal with another tempermental loader so I have a Revi and Egg II for backup. The only real pain I hate about Halos is taking them apart. They are a real pain. Usually when it blends paint I'll just throw it aside and grab something else and clean it when I get back home.

I love my Egg II however. Sure it isn't the fastest but its fast enough. Iver never had any problems with it. Very dependable. Just the shells and battery doors are crap even the new beefier ones (I've gone through 3 of those). I just can't really stand how the loader lid opens towards you instead of away. But it is very dependable just like the Revi. If I could find a Turbo Revi I would throw all my other loaders away heh.

I would check out the eye wires, make sure nothing is nothing a little loose at the connections. If you do buy a new board I would really suggest getting the TAG Cheetah board. They are great, no eye troubles it reads anything, and never jams. It is worth the extra cash. As soon as more come out after World Cup I am getting one along with probably my bro and dad. I am good friends with the Wildfire tourni team and they are sposored by TAG and have been using the same board through the testing phase (totals of 4 months) and haven't had to take apart their Halos for anything, no jams, no blends, nothing. The only downside is for scenario the LED is very bright. But nothing a little tape can't fix.
