Gangstar VLocity Chip FAQ with further explanations:

How easy is it to program the Gangstar chip?
Programming the Gangstar VLocity chip is quick, simple, and easy. Simply hold the programming button, turn on the loader, and you are in Programming Mode. Cycle through the settings by pushing the button, and then hold it down to enter the setting you wish to change. After that, it is simply a matter of pressing the button the number of times corresponding to the desired setting.

What is Zero Force Mode?
On Zero Force Mode, the VLocity will essentially act as an electronically assisted gravity fed loader, similar to the Viewloader Revolution. The loader will only feed when a ball passes through the feedneck, and no tension will be put on the ball stack. Perfect for recball or anyone who wants to save batteries.

What is Semi-Force Mode?
On Semi-Force Mode, the VLocity will feed when a ball passes through the feedneck, and then maintain pressure on the ball stack for five seconds. Semi-Force Mode will allow for fast firing, while conserving battery life by limiting motor activity to only when it is necessary.

What is Full-Force Mode?
On Full-Force Mode, the VLocity feeds when a ball passes through the feedneck. It then applies pressure to the ball stack for five seconds. If there is no change after this five seconds, the pressure applied will slowly drop until it reaches zero. For those who need the highest rates of fire at all times.

What is the Gangster Spin?
The Gangster Spin is a very special feature to the Gangstar VLocity Chip. When the loader is on and in either Semi-Force or Full-Force Mode, the programming button acts as a motor control button. One tap of the button will cause the motor to spin backwards, hopefully clearing any jammed or broken paintballs from the feedneck and tray area. Holding the button for half a second will force the motor to pulse forward, forcing any paint that may be jammed down the feedneck.

What is the Speed Setting?
The Speed Setting is fairly self-explanatory. It is how fast the motor will spin when a ball passes through the feedneck and the VLocity feeds. It may be set from 1-8, and even at the lowest settings, a consistent fifteen balls per second is fed.

What is the Tension Setting?
The Tension Setting is the amount of tension put on the ball stack when the motor maintains pressure. So on setting 1, there is very little tension put on the ball stack after the marker is fired in Semi-Force Mode (or perpetually in Full-Force Mode). On setting 8, a greater amount of pressure is applied to the stack. By using the Tension Setting and the Speed Setting in conjunction with one another, the user is able to find the ratio between battery life and loader speed perfect for them.

What is Breakout Mode?
With the stock VLocity chip, when in the lower settings, the feed rate may drop when the loader is “jolted” into use. So in situations where markers may have been sitting unused for a period of time (such as before an NPPL match), the feed rate may falter if the loader is suddenly forced to feed a high rate of fire (such as off the break in an NPPL match). The Breakout Mode on the Gangstar VLocity chip makes the motor feed at full speed for thirty seconds after a desired number of shots have been fired. Again, this is to ensure a constant and high rate of fire are maintained at all times.

There will be a couple other features with this Chip that aren't listed yet.

I've been told that you can setup your "Gangstar Mode" so that you can turn it on mid game which will be a pretty easy button pushing sequence which would be ideal right before you decide to run up the field and bunker someone or right before you are going to put some cover down for someone. couple quick taps of the button mid game and boom mowing at full speed.
