Hot asphalt!

Whichever GENIUS('s) designed the Halo/Reloader B raceway so that the cone can't be removed without disassembling the entire loader should be laid out on hot asphalt on a typical Summer day of oh, lets say, 103 degrees without the benefit of any protective clothing. My fingers hate you...

im guessing your halo isn't treating you too well?

look at the bright side, soon they will have to do something if they expect to stay in business.. especially with all the new loaders coming out.

Customer loader with a Shocktech cone. Would jam and get red/grn warning led. Took it down and refitted everything. Came down to the raceway/eye tube cover is not letting all balls pass through it. I've even started to file away the plastic. It's got a suicide shell on it, so it would be SO nice to be able to just lift the cone off make the adjustments and finish it. BUT NOOoooooooooo!

Aluminim cone, too heavy. Try an S4 cone.

Make sure there's not a wire pinched between the raceway; that will offset the feednack and back everything up.
There could also be a mis-aligned screw guide on the "suicide shell" which is causing a "pinch".
Over-tightening the lower screws on some aftermarket shells could cause the feedneck to get out of whack, which will cause the paint to hang up.

Another Idea

Tell the kid to buy a Pulse of off Ebay. Hands down best loader so far.

Thanks, Guys! I just poured lighter fluid all over it and used the dripping fiery plastic to burn ants! Heh-heh! I need a vacation!
