New Hopper? Vlocity or Pulse

As this hooper forum needs some slight updating...what does the Junkie Nation know about these two hoppers?

As I am upgrading markers into the 25+ bps range, the old EVOII and Empire reloaders (not reloader B) just won't keep up.
Pulse tauts an RF chip to sync with your marker, but not out yet for all set-ups. Yes it has a pulse every 1/2 or every 5 sec option. also reports being slightly taller than a HALO. I've heard nothing positive about the magnetic lid (had same problems with empire RELOADER 2) and 'snap' feature has to be sanded out to make it a one-handed operation.
Vlocity also is in the crazy fast catagory with the Pulse, but sits somewhat lower. also takes 6 AA, but seems to be a conversion for 2 9v (same as HALO??)
I'm leaning toward the Vlocity, but I'd like to heard from the folks that own and use these.

THANKS!!!!!!!!

Pulse's are beasts, they will very rarely break..I've seen some break though.
Pulse's are definitely faster.
Pulse's actually sit a lot lower on the feedneck than Vlocity's do. The only reason I won't buy a Pulse is because it's difficult for me to see under the hopper.
Pulse's look better.
Pulse's have better battery life. A LOT better.
Pulse's are also extremely chunky and pretty heavy.
Pretty easy to clean.

Vlocity's are overall smaller.
Vlocity Jr. is also something to look into. It's smaller than the Vlocity and the battery life isn't as short.
Upgrade chips for the Vlocity and Vlocity Jr. are out.
Short short battery life. One of the worst that I've seen.
Fast, not as fast as a Pulse though.
Tall.
IMO it looks goofy.

If I were to choose, I would choose a Vlocity Jr. or a Vlocity. But over all of them I'd go with my Halo. It's never failed me.

BTW...why do you want to shoot faster? Most fields only allow a 15 bps cap, if that.

Scott(Death by Daddy) will reply to you about this in aproximately 2.46 hours and will give you 5 reasons why the vlocity is bad and 5 more reasons why the pulse is good. Wait and see.

Vlocity's make way too much noise, and any setting other than one will drive a scenario player crazy.
Our new Pulse's RULE.

Noise? Huh? The sound of the gun shooting envelops the sound of the hopper when it spins.

Please tell me you have more than that reason for as much as Mr. Stapler was hyping you.

BTW. I, too, am considering getting both of the hoppers and need help choosing. So more reasons are good. Convince me or the dude that started this thread to buy a Pulse.

Dude that started thread says, " Okay do you need the RF chip? and what markers is it available for?"

good note about the batteries...but doesn't the Pusle need a kit to convert from 6xAAs to 2x9Vs?

and you say its the Pulse with the removable tray? Cool...
