No, I'm a contract Radiation Protection Tech. I work for whoever has the contract at the nuclear plant I want to work at. I usally go where I get paid the most. (Hence why we're called "Nuclear Grade Road Whores") I worked for two different companies when I was at Comanche Peak SES back in the early nineties. NUMANCO, Inc. and BARTLETT NUCLEAR, Inc.

The name just made sense as a call sign when i got out and started playing paintball again. My call sign while I was on active duty was Holleywood due to my last name but I prefer DevilDoc as a way of paying tribute to those years serving with the Marines. It was some of the best years of my life.

Heck I don't even know if anyone in either Louisiana or Mississippi that plays paintball knows my first name unless they're on my team LOL.
HOO RA... Good to see another Corpsman out there. I was detached with a Marine force recon team. I was known as DOC.. and there is one thing that army personnell on base learned reall quick .. you dont mess with doc because you mess with doc you End up messin with marines.. Sometimes I was Called Dry Doc .. because well In Iraq there is no water in the desert .. well you get the point..

Got my name from Inmates at the county Jial, because I use to play Basketball with them and the only white guy with any talent was Larry BYRD, as the years rolled by I put on weight and became BIG. So when I started playing PB the name followed.

OORah Gimpy! Glad to see another corpsman here. I have many stories about the whole, "mess with Doc you mess with us all". I love the grunts and everytime I see a Marine I stop and shake his or her hand and buy them a drink as a way to payback the many which were bought for me.

i got mine while playing a limited ammo game in Dalton,GA (24hourgames). i got a slipped disk in my back that wed. but i had already made plans to go. also i made the mistake of wearing brand new boots and got blisters. well back and foot problems aren't fun but it wasn't gonna ruin mine. i found a large branch on the field picked it up and used it to help out a bit. when i got into a firefight i'd throw it down and when it was over i'd pick it back up. one of the members of my team said i looked like yoda in episode 2 walking all hunched over with my cane till it was time to get into the fight.

Well, after my first showing at Bear Claw and wearing a cow costume, I think my guys have finally found my name. The Mad Cow has a nice ring to it. I cannot figure out how to change the name here, not much forum time. If you saw me there, how was it, if you heard me, you probably got hit by my flying milk duds.

I saw ya out there "Mad Cow" and I must say, it was fitting. I may have run into your previous incarnation last year at Command Decisions.

In any case, it made an impression. Great to see you in Tennessee and the Ridgerunners are more than happy to see you at any game in the area. You played well and gave better than you got.
