There are numerous ways.. Do a search for Infranview on google. Free photo editor will allow you to resize fairly easily..

Not sure what you mean or think that's missing--
Originally, it was a BMP file I used as a background on my computer back in win95 days (mmm or maybe before that). Anyway, I put an ode to the old Marine recruitment saying on the cow, changed to fit cows of course!! Came across it again & just thought I'd share it. I thought it was cute--even if I did come up with it. Can you guess what brand of computer I had it on?? Thanks for fixing it for me, BTW!
