Those sexy spyders...
Alright. Person opinions about the spyders considering i am a spyder man myself, I was asked to rate my opinions on each gun.
The Spyder Victor is kind of you little fun run and gun 90 dollar gun you can get from walmart, So so for how cheap it is. The Spyder Victor 2 on the other hand is way better they worked out most of the bugs like they victor one was really inaccurate (even after the instalation of a 20' barrel) But the victor two is a bit better for hitting your mark. The Spyder MR3. Wow. Impressive compared to your little wallys world guns. If your playing speed ball or a woods scenario this is a pretty reliable durable gun. Same with the Spyder MR2 same case different styles durable reliable good guns. Well Im pretty much just covering the newer guns (also the only ones i tested). That covers my little summary give me your opinions.

IMO victor and victor 2 were the same thing...no kinks were worked out or changed between the two. they still used to same internals and everything. to say that 1 is more accurate than another is rubbish. also a 20'' barrel is goin to do nothin more than make a paintball further inaccurate. anything over 16'' actually starts to slow a paintball down.IMO
this is not a sniper barrel: IMOthis is a "sniper" barrel: IMOalso the mr3 is crap to. as far as durable and reliabe..its not. i cant begin to tell you how many times ive seen people tryin to shoot it fast and it doesnt recock to they to manually cock it again. this 1 kid had gotten so used to it he started shooting fromt he hip so he didnt have to reach as far to make his stupid excuse of a fast gun work.IMO Last edited by Death By Daddy; 10-23-2007 at 01:08 PM. |

Spydershot,
Don't worry about Agg. He gets confused sometines and thinks that his opinion is the only one in the world. Thanks for taking the time to post your info. This is NOT PBNation and we don't make a habit of flaming new members who post in the area they are most comfortable with. Jester |

this guys a little bit abrassive. for a guy that hates spyders, he sure knows alot about them and their evolution. i bet he has one in his gear bag. its probably pink too. probably holds it tight at night when it storms. lol.
it doesnt matter what your shootin as long as youre havin a good time pullin the trigger. why does things have to be so technical?

spydershot18,
I,ve been a kingman fan for years we used the Hammer pumps in the old days as our rental guns and then along came semi-auto, we used those and a few tippmann pro-lites as rentals. along with a few others, they were by far the most trouble-free and dependable markers of the time. I still use a spyder, ELECTRA almost every time I play, and like many out thier I have several guns to choose from! KEEP EM DUCKING |

my first gun was the Victor, i still have it. i cut it down to look like an ego believe it or not, i just need to get a front grip on it. i thought it was the perfect start out gun but the stock barrel was not accurate at all and it was a bit loud, i have yet to shoot it since ive tinkered with it.
pm if you want pictures.

When spyders first came out they made a good gun, but those days are long past...I actually had one of the originals and might still.
And actually I am pretty sure aggsauce does own a spyder or 2 or 5, now if they are pink or not dont ask me, along with a spimmy if he still has it

i do however still have the parts to put the SPIMMY together. havnt drilled the body for eyes yet and the stock frenzy 127 board doesnt have the power to run the big racegun solenoid so it just acts like it has a dead battery...need a stock timmy noid. |

i'm gonna back AGG here... i'm generally a little friendlier, but he's right. the spyder family of markers is, in general... garbage. i know not everybody can afford high end, and not everybody needs it... and i'd never shun somebody for the marker they own. i WAS one of those spyder guys that got all defensive when people bashed spyders... but i tried and tried and tried to build a badass spyder about 3 years ago... i ended up parting out and buying an A5. sold the Halo hopper, the feedneck, the delrin bolt, the CP reg, the rocking frame, the spring kit, the on/off asa... the collection of barrels... the whole set up... every 10 minutes i was walking off the field to squeegee the chamber, or replace a busted o ring.. or the e grip would turn off because the ground wire was poorly soldered... (that was the second time i got a bad e grip...)
so cut agg some slack
