Call Sign Patches

i got a design for a 9in x 3in call sign patch for the backside of my tac vest. i cant get anybody to touch this project. everyone says i need to order 50 of them or they want 100 bux to make just one. anybody got any leads for me?

If you are not worried about too many color choices contact Flurry. I had them make one up for me. They were cheap but not a lot of style choices.

Can't guarantee they can do it super cheap, but a 9" patch is very unusual. The majority of patches are made in Hong Kong. Just the international shipping alone costs an arm and a leg. You might be better with a silkscreened version. The ones from Chris at Flurry are thermal transfer. Let me know how you make out.

i started with flurry and dropped them an email. i think silk screened will be a better option cause it has a graphic in it. we'll see were it goes. thanks once again for the help.

FYI H, patch prices are determind by total area. A patch with, say 70% embroidery that is 9" x 3" would figure as 9 + 3 /2 = size. So you would price a 6" patch. Stadri's price is 16.61 each, but you have a 12 pcs. order. You chould do your team logo as a back plate like that and a regular call sign plate for the front...
