Well DMmasta I am 55 and started working when I was very young (6) with my Dad who was a commercial fisherman.
I'v had this Idea to aquire as much knoweledge as possible, thats practical knoweledge. So I can take care of my family when society collaps. I can weld, fit, grind steel. Read blue prints, im a fair carpenter. I love to cook. I can fix most anything that gets broken. Im ok at plumbing. I was a customer service tech with my local utilities dept.
I can work on any weapon, and use them as well.
Im working on survival skills, I can sew. I can run any machine ever made, I can work on electricl. I am a Nurse. Probibly the most important of my skills. I can fish, hunt, grow a garden. The one thing I'v always had trouble is "SPELLING" as im sure your all aware of...LOL

I have a thirst for knoweledge that is insatiable.

I didn't realy read till the 7th grade, otherwise I would have gone to college, Oh thats right I had a little college too.....My favoriet game show is "Jeopardy" I use to hollar out the answers at the nursing home when doing patient care in the other rooms...The residents and staff were amazed at the ammount of knoweledge I have...Now I'll stop.
