Take it like a man ... or woman.

yeah i agree, get some gloves... but leave the chest protector, unless your female... have heard that a servere hit to the female chest area can cause cancer, so we got my sis to wear a chest protector...

and the only other thing that i might recomend is a cup... hey always look after the boys, cause you will need them... the hits do hurt and i read about some guy lost one of his boys from a hit, ok to graphic to include details so i leave this subject... it hurts getting shot in the jewels and you have to weigh in the opotions, wear a cup and it hurting a little and continue playing or not wearing one and risk sitting out the rest of the day in pain.

I don't know about the way you play but i rarely am shot in the chest because i don't expose that and i stay tight to my bunker, the neck is ussally expossed when you shoot so protect that.

also i had a close call, the shot would have hit me in the pills iif i haddn't had been kneeling which made the crotch of my pants tight coushing the shot and protecting my nadas, and the only reason i was shot at all is because i was not paying attention my bunker
