Redz '05, Bigger & Better
The new and improved Redz large gear bag for the 2005 line-up has so many improvements, I don’t know where to begin. The bag looks basically the same as the 2004 large gear bag but it is slightly bigger, but don’t be discourages because most of the changes are inside the bag.
The main compartment still features the same Velcro folder so you can separate all your gear into 3 different areas for markers, packs, pods, clothes, or whatever else you need to take with you. The main compartment zips open differently revealing neoprene zip up pockets on the top of the bag and 3 oh so important neoprene barrel sleeves which were no where to be seen on the 2004 bag. There is still a foldable work mat included but the 2005 mat is slightly bigger because of course the bag is bigger.
Instead of having only 1 big side pocket Redz decided it would be a good idea to add another compartment on the other side of the bag which also has even more neoprene pockets and mesh pouches to hold even more of your random tools and what not. At the head of the bag there is still the same roomy compartment to protect your very important mask which is surrounded in neoprene and oh did I mention that there are even more neoprene pockets in the mask compartment!!!
If you ever traveled around with the 2004 Redz bag I’m sure you found it somewhat of a hassle. Well all of that has changed with the revamped 2005 Redz bag!!! This new bag features the same comfortable duffle bag straps and handles as the older model, but now sports very big rolling wheels that won’t get punked by rocks, gravel, or grass. The 2005 Redz bag also features a long awaited extending traveling handle which extents from a zip open compartment from the bottom of the bag. Now you won’t have to worry about hitting the back of your legs or anything like that while running around the airport.
What more can you ask for? The 2005 Redz large gear bag is big enough to hold 3 markers, your pack/pods, mask, pads, clothes, tools, and anything else you can think of, oh and did I mention it also comes with a tri-pod stool (foldable chair). Colors to choose from consist of Red, Blue, and Grey. MSRP for the bag is $169.95 and in my eyes is worth every single penny. Yet again another great product has been released by Redz that’s covered in neoprene.
