Can she make them big enough to hold let's say 5 or 6 14 inch long barrel's? If so how much? I might want one of each.

If by barrel blockers, you mean what a lot of people call barrel condoms, it's my understanding that those things are patented. I'm fairly sure they are.

You can make them for you own use, but it's be a no-no to sell them (unless it was on the sly between friends). Of course, you could pay the patent fee....
