the sides - what teams assigned to what army? what base per army?

the hours this thing runs?

and most important what points are assigned to what tasks.. and EXACTLY how these points are supposed to be scored - and how they are scored if the planned resourse is missing.

It is a bit past time to nail this stuff down and get it out here in the public so the armies can start their planning and conniving..

#738 N. State St. is the actual location of the first base of opperations of the real life North Side Gang and #2212 N. Clark St. is the place the gang moved it to after a peroid of time. It was a garage where the infamous St. Valentines Day Massacre happened.
