If we have over 150 players there will be two main mafia gangs and one smaller more experienced group of police. The refs will be making apperances as The myers, bugs gang down from NY to inject a little chaos of there own.

If we have under 150 players then there will be two mob gangs and the refs will be appearing as Eliot Ness and the Untouchables to correct some of the ills on the fields.
