John "Tank" Strickland -- carrismatic - copper - the BEST XO I can imagine - unless TUMOR gets back in the swing of things..!

Sarge is a good choice for a bad buy and certainly has the organizational skills - probably better as an XO

Possom is a very good XO - if you can find him.

You could try and talk Smokin' Joe into it - but he is better on mission
