I was told by a friend at work that it is the best Bond in years and well worth paying full price to go see, but leave the date home and bring a friend since she'll not appreciate it.

I went to see it today. It was by far one of the best bond movies ever. The story line is a little hard to follow for some people. My girlfriend didn't understand it, but overall it was a great movie.

Great, my wife is a blonde trapped in a brunettes body. She will be asking me 50 questions during the whole movie.

Yeah, thats how I felt during the movie. Like every five minutes I got another question. Although there are two aston martins in the movie. Sadly, one gets wrecked :(.

I thought it was a little slow in the middle, and the ending was... well, I don't want to give anything away but I thought it could have been better. More action and less poker would have been nice. But the action it had was great! I really like the new direction they're taking. Can't wait to see the next one.

From what I percived, they were "fleshing" out the new Bond and establishing his character. The gadgets were a bit more realistic than the previous ones, I was hoping they would bring back John Cleese as Q, hopefully the next he'll be in it.

I have heard nothing but praises by others, my brother went to see it last week and loved it...I'm going to see it on Sunday.

Thumbs up New Bond...

Robert and I went to see the new Bond and as die hard fans ( Robert has even owned one of Bond's cars...a Lotus Esprit Turbo with Bond theme music in the stereo!) we are agreed that this Bond has the ability to make your forget about the other Bond's. I wondered before seeing it if anyone could truly pull it off (so many have tried) but Daniel does it in spades. A Bond that gets marks on his face and hands after a brutal fight scene. Read Entertainment Weekly's review...first time since I can remember that I agreed completely with the reviewer. This Bond is an early in his career character...brutal, efficient and convincing. No gagets, no tongue in cheek just Ian Flemings Bond. Not a hero Not a bad guy just a new secret agent focused on doing his job. And he is intriguing to say the least. If you haven't seen this film you should. Especially if you are a fan... Being a woman it was truly the first scene that made me not want to look. But I understand the torture scene being brutal for ya'll ...I knew what was coming when the bad guy cut the bottom out of the seat. I had to admit I was impressed when he did the "more" routine. Even if it is fantasy.........
