The Punisher is one truely awesome movie. One of my favorites.

I have read recently that Tom Jane has already signed a contract for another one in the making.

It was pretty decent. I added to my DVD collection. It seemed too short to me for some reason. So did Fantastic Four, both of them.

i loved the punisher movie and tom jane pulled it off flawlessly. it was a great flick- no superpowers or anything like that- just a really pissed off alcoholic man with big guns and elite training. it did seem short- i think they had maybe a little too much happening with the various sub-plots and just kind of tried to tie up too many loose ends toward the last half hour of the movie. it could have been another 40 min longer and been more fulfilling, but again, one of my favorite movies.

I wasn't that bid a fan of the movie, the story's conclusion kind of killed it for me.
The first half was pretty good though, and the fight with the russian was crazy.

I still haven't seen it from beginning to end. Never rented...but have seen bits and pieces on the movie channels. Loved what I've seen of it... I need to rent it one day and actually see the beginning.
