I was dissapointed, with a name like that- they need to bring some more. I love some indie style garage, but i guess im getting away from that right now.

I really think they're heavily influenced or backed by Dave Grohl. The guitar work is classic Foo... Honestly, I don't get to listen to a lot of new stuff, even with Sirius in the car. So this was a bit refreshing over the rash of "touchy-feely" crap...

i got say i love me some foo fighters, Ill look for that in it. Granted, most of their singles are almost the same, but hey I dig it. they got the melodic and then driving thing down.

I'm also a bit influenced by Steve Van Zandt's Underground Garage channel on Sirius. Talk about some major cool stuff!

I've heard only one of the new FF release and it sounded pretty good. And I admit, the acoustic version of "Everlong" that he did on Howard Stern's show brought me to tears. The ironic thing is that everyone thought that Cobain was the genius in Nirvana. ..."and I wonder"...

you were talking about grohl. im into heavy, death and thrash metal, among alot of other music genres. not the new whiney pop metal, i hate that shit. when i saw david grohl expanding into the metal scene with his project probot, i thought he had overstepped his bounds. it actually turned out pretty good. probot is like a collaboration he has done with a huge diversified reserve of artists. some of its real heavy, some of its not so much. but its all pretty good. if you like the hard stuff, its worth checking out. the guy is definately talented.
