I used to play the Trumpet & Coronet in Middle/High school. I took piano lessons for 2 1/2 years. I have attempted several times to play the guitar. I can play Drums & Bass guitar though. Unfortunately I no longer have the time or desire to play any instrument anymore.

I play the Trombone, baritone and baritone bugle, though it's been awhile. I played in HS, Navy and some amature jazz and big bands. I'm sure my embouchure is pretty weak right now and my trombone is a in dire need of attention.

I always wanted to play the Violin but never had anyone to teach me. Maybe now I might need to take some lessons as long as the dogs and wife can take it

I also started off on clarinet, then moved to bass clarinet and tenor sax.
I tried guitar once but had trouble coordinating the two hands. I am thinking about giving it another shot though.

I find it is easier to stick with the lessons now that I am older. At least that is what I keep telling myself.

I have been told by a few profesional musicans that I have an "EAR".
Im a want to be gutar player. I have two.
A very old "Granada" made in spain its a classical nilon string. Realy wide finger board.
Then I have a Washburn D-10 black that has the sweetest sound.
When I play it I can actually feel my lumbar spine relaxing...
Ive just glued the head back on it was originally broken by the first owner, I glued it and played it for a year, was getting good.
My sons stupid teenage friends knocked it over and brokd it again almost in the same place. The wood by the glue broke. Ive sence reglued it and am going to reinforce the glue job with a 1/8" piece of aluminum on eithe side with bolts. Then Im giong to name it "Frankenstine"...Washburn wanted more than the gutar cost originally to fix the brake and all they were going to do was glue it so I kept the money and glued it myself.
