Well sir I'll tell you this, I took my son Austin currnetly in the Army and deployed. To Camp Blanding for his Graduation present(MXS spartin project) he was 18. Thasts two years ago I went step for step with him all weekend untill he got over heated and had to set out for a while. I always work out mostly on my tread mill. I train like I play in the shoes I plan to ware and ware the equiptment, pack, pods, and tank. It's about 30lbs. Wareing that extra weight builds up the mussel endurance needed to play a 24 hr game.
Now I'm in great shape because I take care of my self.
I was over 230lbs and I'm asamed to admit it, now I'm closer to 200lbs. Other exercise I do are setups at least a 100 a day, and I do as many push ups as possible. Usually thats about 50 or so.
