to the newbies
newbies paintball is a shoting game where actual things are coming at you.
fear not for the don't hurt (much), so if some one is shooting at you donot fear because you can shoot back. also at times the teams are divided un evenly with more experanced players on one team, so don't hide in the back bunkker where you will be the last player standing, that iin never fun because some times as the last player you get lit up where as playing where you can at least hit the other team, you will most likely get hit once or twice. :wink:

paintball is safer than GOLF!!!! i forgot where the numbers are, but it seems that in every pb magizine they have a chart.
do go play "renagade" paintball (where you just go in the woods) you should always try to play at a field, or at LEAST have a hand held chrono, so everyone is safe it a paintball breaks the skin (makes you bleed) some one's gun is hot!!! be careful and have fun

this kid i was playing with this weekend on my niebors field had his volicty up.pretty scarry. i got nial in the elbow from all the way across the field and i was still bleeding.

yeah thats why chronos are so important, but honestly who has 70 bucks to throw around for one. Certinlly not me.

Who has $70 to throw around? Well, if you have 4 friends, and we all hope you do, that equates out to $14 each. Personally I think that is a small price to pay to prevent serious injury. If that is too many big macs to give up then just go to a field that has a chronograph and ask to use it long enough to dial in your guns. You won't be perfect, but at least you will be closer to safe.
