Kaleb, you might consider just sitting back and watching for a couple of weeks. Browse the forums and read the threads. After a little while it will all start to come together. If your team does not communicate well already, chances are that they won't communicate well in a private forum. But if you all do a lot of e-mailing and PMing, etc., then you might find a private forum useful. Remember,
no paintball website OR webmaster leads to the Holy Grail of paintball, whatever that is. You get much better results by following the examples of the successful teams and taking those examples to use with yours. And I dare say that most of the good examples, you get by playing along side or opposite those same teams. Reading about it is nice, but DOING it leaves a much longer lasting impression.
A bunch of us here are going to the MOUT game in Aniston, AL on Memorial Day weekend. If possible, sign up for that, (
Advanced Alabama Adventures, Inc.), and you'll get to meet us F2F and play in a fantastic environment. Right after that, we're doing a one day TAC OPS game at your field. In all probability, Keith (USARMYMANOFWAR) and some of his gang will be there. You can AGAIN meet and talk to us. (DAMN, it sounds like we're icons and we're NOT!)
I admire and encourage your enthusiasm. It is wonderful. I'll tell you what an old grizzled scenario dude, (NO, not Bobio!), told me when I was first starting out and wanted to know everything immediately. He said, "Hey asshole... You can't get five years of experience in five days. Slow down and observe. The learning will come." (Book of Ol' Dawg. Ch. 1. Vs. 1) I did, and I know
now, just a little bit more than I did
then. But not much more.

You can do the same.
Keep hanging here and asking questions. PLAY then PLAY, then when you're finished that, PLAY some more. After a while, YOU will find that you're getting it more and more.
Hang in, Bro!
