Hey i am the the team captian of the woodruff warriors im am lookin for people to join our team and also give advice to us i am having problems with new member quiting and not showing up to practice but we have an event coming up and i dont know what to do i can kick anyone off at the point becouse we are so close to an event and i need everyone i can get i dont know what to do and also we are looking for a place where we can get cheap custom jerseys for our team so if u know where to go or what to do will u let me know

Just as asuggestion, You may want to step back and analyze the over all picture of the team. What is the team objective? Are you achieving that goal? What does the members expect out of being on said team and what do you as Capt. expect out of your teammates. Being a member of a scenario woodsball team, I am not able to make it to all the practices or the games do to work; however, I do make all the ones I can when I am not working. This is just some peaceful thoughts. goodluck in your quest to expand your team.

This may or may not help your situation, but Team Dues may be an answer. Even if it is something as simple as $5/month. Sometimes it doesn't sink in mentally that you are serious unless some sort of money is involved. Use the money to help with custom jerseys (We sell Animal Paintball jerseys at our field.), patches, or team meals. At least with players paying to be on the team, you may get a "more serious" attitude toward being a member on the team and thusly, keep players more consistant and active.
