Tippmann Signs on as Platinum Level SPPL Sponsor

For the fourth year in a row, Tippmann Sports, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, will be the Official Marker Sponsor of the Scenario Paintball Players’ League (SPPL). Tippmann signed on as top-level Platinum Sponsor for 2008, contributing more than $20,000 to the total season prize package.

As part of the agreement, Tippmann will supply 20 Triumph loaders and 150 F-bombs grenades, recognized as the best in the game, for each of the Major Qualifier events. Additionally, the company will provide 20 Tippmann markers, along with a host of other great prizes, for the National Championship Finals Event.

“We’ve supported the SPPL from day one as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our relationship with core players as well as bring new players into the game,” said Patrick Ehren, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tippmann Sports. “The new format for the SPPL also fits right inline with our message of providing high quality products for all levels of play.”
