You might be "old school" if...

Your gun weighs more than the tree you hide behind.

I would quality for that…. I do not gravitate to lightweight markers. I like feeling like I am holding something substantial, not some child’s toy. My two main markers are a PPS Stroker and an AGD RT Pro (with both SS body AND valve). Yeah baby, now we are talking about a little weight. Can you feel it? Can you?

You are “old school” when your marker is older than the “school grade” of your average opponent.

Nah, you're old school if your gun is older than the age of your average opponent.

If 'Cock and Rock' describes your paintball marker rather than your last Friday night...

... you might be 'Old School'.

If 'Constant Air' means 'never have to change a twelve-gram again'...

... you might be 'Old School'.

If 'Speedball' is something you chase with a beer instead of something you 'play'...

... you might be 'Old School'.

If your 'Paintball Babe' is Jessica Sparks instead of Bea Youngs...

... you might be 'Old School'.

If you've ever played with a 'SMG-60'...

... you might be 'Old School'.

And on the pedestal these words appear:

"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains: round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away
.
