The new 32 Degrees Safe-T-Plug
How often have you seen barrel plugs not plugging, but shooting out of a barrel? Do you think you need to spend $10 on a barrel sock to stop accidental discharges? 32 Degrees introduces the best thing to happen to paintball safety since…well, the safety. Introducing, the new patent pending 32 Degrees Safe-T-PlugTM. With features such as its Paint Plow leading edge, deceleration channels, peg hook clamp, dual lanyard attach points and Catch NoseTM, this is no ordinary barrel plug.

Recently the ASTM subcommittee on paintball sports published ASTM standard F2271-03 (Standard Specification for Paintball Marker Barrel Blocking Devices). This standard establishes performance requirements for barrel blocking devices. The Safe-T-Plug meets or exceeds all requirements noted in this standard. The Safe-T-Plug is not only safe but it sells at prices comparable to other barrel plugs without the many features.

When asked for comments, Gino Postorivo said “With the unveiling of the eVolt, the world’s only all electric marker, and now the introduction of the Safe-T-Plug our R&D department is clearly demonstrating a wide range of talent. No matter what project they are working on, safety is always at the top of their objective list. Don’t let the low price fool you. The difficulty in developing this product was the requirement to hit specific performance targets while remaining affordably priced.”

Players should ask their local paintball supplier for the Safe-T-Plug by name. Fields and stores should contact their National Paintball Supply sales representative to stock up on the 32 Degrees Safe-T-Plug, because . . . “Safety is No Accident!”
