Everything went very well, and the cancer hasn't spread to any other areas. The Surgeon seemed pretty confident that he removed all of it and there wouldn't be any further problems. Basically Best Case Scenario. Now Bob has to go home and NOT rest according to the Doctor he needs to just go back to work.
