Good to hear. I am already working up a schedule of sorts. Considering the cause, we shouldn't really need more than a handfull of refs. I'll overstaff just to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible, and we can still be self moderating.
As for the donated items (all the paint, hardware & such), we will have a tent where those items can be purchased, seperate from our usual store. Everything in the tent will be sold. The paint in this tent must be bought up, before PBC will sell any paint. When all of the (donated) charity paint is gone, then we will sell paint out of the store (with at least $10 per case going to the cause). For any and all hardware not bought up throughout the day, we will start an auction Saturday night, imediately after the game. Every item should find a new home, and should generate funds for the charity. Every single item must be gone by the time we close up for the night. Lets not only host and play a good event, but everyone should plan on buying up the items in the charity tent. Be ready to ref for a bit, play for a bit, and shop for a bit... All for the cause. We have a couple of things set in stone.
Entry fee $20 of which 100% will be donated Air will be $7 for the day per player (sorry, not donated) The paint that will be donated will be at $45 per case and will be 100% donated. The paint not donated will be $45 per case and at least $10 per case will be donated. I still need a flyer done that can be emailed to other fields and suppliers.

I spoke with Paul Judson with Hammerhead and Steve with Qloader and both are eager to help out and contribute to the cause so they will be sending some prizes to either be auctioned or raffled off at the event.
I use this stuff and love it Thanks guys!!! ![]() ![]()
