This is only going to get worse. Lack of upbringing , education, common decency of these types of kids and the readily available markers will increase this sort of garbage. The general public is beginning to see the markers as a dangerous weapon and soon will start legislation to limit the easy procurement of said markers as in several threads posted here already. If this continues we could possibly see a registration process for paint ball markers. Watch out... the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

That approach is not going to help the situation. If the guy spends time in jail, he might come out a bit wiser.
