CNN report Attack on Fort Dix...

CNN (you may see it on CNN website US news...) was reporting this morning of a group of terrorists that have been taken into custody over a plan to kill soldiers at Fort Dix in New Jersey. The story on the web page goes into some detail. Unfortunately they have been linked to practicing with paintball in the Poconos of Pennsylvania! I checked the location and it is not a field that I am aware of ...too bad that our world is sinking to this. This does not make me feel good in light of the same sort of cell being stopped in Missouri...

We don't just have to worry about Islamist extremists from international sources we must now contend with the home grown domestic terrorist as well from very extensive and diverse backgrounds and from a multitude of causes. There is a fundamental rule that we all can live by: Protect your families, friends and loved ones, by vigilance and knowledge.
In these times no place is safe home or abroad. People wish to know why we are in Iraq, General Bell said it best "Lets take the fight to them so that they don't bring the fight to us."

Dear Fox News,

We continue to view, with equal revulsion and horror, the reports on the New Jersey based terrorists. Now we see paintball being maligned by individuals who clearly have no idea what they are talking about. Packaging legitimate paintball players in with these extremists is comparable to grouping American hunters in with the 9/11 perpetrators. Paintball players are very concientious and safety minded. They are observant of their surroundings. The clip you showed of a tournament paintball event bordered on ludicrous when comparing it to terrorist training. What was this man's source? Maybe he thought they all had their bright red striped jerseys and pants on and were jumping over brilliant red and blue air bunkers with red and green "markers" (paintball guns) as part of Allah's week of colors celebration?

Yes, there are paintball players that play in the woods in military simulation games. Used to be that they were accused of being splinter patriot militia groups. Now they get the opposite end of the stick. I assure you that recreational & scenario paintball players would like nothing better than to come upon a jihadist training cell of Islamic terrorists. They would quickly find out that paintballers are patriots of the highest caliber. That is, if they were ever heard from again.

Please give US a chance to show exactly what paintball is really like in America. Give the viewers a shot at the truth, "fair & balanced".
