Driver-by Paintballer....

What a term huh?

Here in Florida its alredy illegal for minors to buy or possess a bb gun or a paintball marker without parental/adult supervison. Walmart will not sell paintball's or markers to minors. Nor will any proshop or other sports outlet. Such as Dicks Sporting Goods, The Sports Authority ect.
Though looks can be deceiving my 16 year old son bought a marker from one of two stores in the Tampabay area without my permission. I guess he looked old enough. They didn't do a id check.

you know..paintball fields should put up wanted posters, or something. If we showed the people that think paintball is made up of bad people, that we wish to stop this stuff from happening as much as them, then maby our markers will start being called markers and not weapons.

The article says that the DRIVER of a BMW, shot up the house, car and the woman's son. I could be wrong, but how many teenagers are driving around in BMW's in Anderson, SC? This sounds more like road rage or some other issue, rather than a kid out shooting up the neighborhood.

i don't know of any white filled paintballs being sold at my store or field. I'll keep my eyes open for someone driving a BMW at the field.
