PETALUMA, Calif. A development company is offering a ten-thousand dollar reward after vandals riddled a new theater in downtown Petaluma with paintballs.
Petaluma police say sometime between Friday night and early Saturday the theater -- called the Boulevard Cinemas -- was hit with between 150 and 200 paintballs.
The theater and an adjacent garage were scheduled to open next week as part of a redevelopment of Petaluma's theater district.
A spokesman for developer Basin Street Properties says the opening is still on track, but one side of the building may have to be repainted.
Police say they have no leads in the case.
