Lucky Paintball Issue?

I read this on the nation. I have no idea if it's true but feel you should know about it just in case. It appears dealers and people who have ordered stuff from Lucky have all received this email:

so Aaron Stephens ran the lucky operation in the US into the ground and took money? and isn't shippign out products? that's what i get out of this letter.
