3/30/08-Hello guys, you are probably wondering what happened to miguelcruz.com, well I have not been able to go to the last few events and honetly not sure what my future hold in paintball, for now the site will be up and running with the current content, please check for time to time for updates. I want to thank all of you that have supported my work for the past 5 years, you guys will probably not see any of my pictures in magazines any longer . I will keep in touch via pbnation , thank you to all of you for now.

So just who would contribute content to the cause of quality "RWS" (Rec-Woods-Scenario) paintball journalism and photography, AND help secure sponsors? I know I would, because I'm tired of baloney tied up in a bunch and called RWS...

I'd also welcome the opportunity to have ALL of the paintball writers and photographers join together in one united group and secure the same respect and rates that other sports journalists get. With few exceptions, we are treated like disposable plates by paintball publications. We work hard to write responsible and informative features. We risk expensive equipment to get on the field and take the photos that leave you saying, "WOW!". For this, we get paid token amounts and have to wait months, even years, to get a check; often having to demand payment and losing the position after doing so. The mags have any number of people ready to step in and fill their openings. We should be organized... Think about it.

Why publish something. Just do an E-magazine every 3 months. Just contribute stories and such. Look at it, with all the programs available on home computors it could be done. You can actually write real reviews and give truthfull info. In stead of worrying about someone getting ticked that needed a good review on a piece of junk. This is just an example.
Lots of you travel to play big games, write honest reviews and let players know what really went on. carry a camera in your gear, so when you are shot out, take some action shots on the way to the dead box. Basically do it from a players point of view.
Eventually if it turns out great, the sponsers will come to you, with their banner.
Your saving money regardless how you look at it.
Make it a print friendly version.
All this is just suggestion.
