Thanks guys for your early commitment to the first Annual OPN Chili Cook Off... CamoJester, Tinker, Striker & Bob and Castro. This is going to be a great event! But we need more contestants. Everyone wanting to partake let me know by PM so I can give you a confirmation that you are entered. Also let me know what team you are representing, city and state. Entrants are not limited to one per team enter as many reciepes as you want. More info to come as I get everything worked out.

Should I get my cajun wife to whip up some hotter than hell chili? No, the pot would melt before I make it up there. She will not come out to see the events, too bad for me, right? It sure will be bad to have another weekend without a spouse, hahaha

Judges- Susie is a trained chef, Bonnie is usually sober enough at the end of the day Friday to still taste, and Gary likes food. How about them.
