Makes you wonder if the area would continue pushing for paintball markers to be classified as "guns" if this goes through, huh?

And by "great discounts", does he mean below M.A.P. that other authorized dealers are allowed to sell products at? If he is allowed to do so, it would hurt other local store owners that are required to observe M.A.P. rules set forth by manufacturers.

I don't think the city would be getting profit directly. They would profit by people from the surrounding area coming to play paintball and spending money in the city. As a result of the draw created by the paintball field the city would benefit.
