It didn't say what type of gun but imagine if it was a Mil-sim marker there might not have been any arrests; just ID's at the morgue and notices to next of kin.

FYI. "Criminal Trover" depending on the state, is defined as failure to return rental property or not having permission / license to use rental property. They could have been at a local field, rented the markers and "borrowed" them.

so my big question is, what were they thinking? why would you shoot at a cop, even if you stole the car, that ups the charges to a level tht is too high to think about...
