i suppose if you wanted to be a dick about it, you COULD post some sarcastic garbage like that.... but then why would you want to? right?

i think it simply being put that as a condition of sportsmanship- shouting out, when you are in NO danger of being shot by ensuing crossfire, is nothing more than a signal from an eliminated player to remaining active players. although technically legal, i think that it should violate man law. its bending te rules to screw over a victorious competetor.

hey Nix -- Im sure grendel has a word of wisdom on the "Spirit of the Game" --

being a dick after a clever play by an opponent always tends to violate the Spirit of the Game - even if being a dick is w/in the rules. This is why we celebrate sportmanship, integrity and comradarie over the win. This is also why we have judges (refs) so they can judge the situation. Hopefully Grendel will share some insights on where the judge should place value on the spirit of the game relative to the rules (and safety)..

I think this is an excellent discussion. Im glad you are knee deep in it - I hate we are loosing you to Texas (right?)

possibly to texas... i have a pretty serious gf that just went in to the army. not sure where she'll be stationed, but there is a chance she may end up right back around here... which would land me right back here, irritating the southeastern paintball community.
