think you can turn this around to a ref's point of view so we can work to solve the problems mentioned ? (i.e., the purpose of the manual). -- as you do, please start a new thread for each topic not previously addresses so this thread stays relatively clutter flee. thanks!

A good ref can not be afraid to get into the thick of things, I have found some refs not all tend to watch the game and ignore the players and whats legal, instead of watching the players and enforcing the rules. A manuel and certification is a good idea.

Any clue as to when this manual will be completed and ready for print? I am very interested in obtaining a copy or three.

im thinking this is by players for players - any of the sections are pretty complete. I'm hoping a few more contributors will chime in. Im rather planning on creating a printable version of this "draft" w/in a few weeks.

major prop to pbjunkie for the space and platform and contributors.

hey all. I'm parting this thing together into a single doc... if you volunteered for a section, didn't deliver, and still want to - chime in - otherwise, your section is likely to be redistributed.
