We do not allow that at PBC. It can become a projectile and is not an acceptable barrel blocking device for insurance purposes.

I have a barrel condom...I left it at home which was like an hour away. But the squeegie worked fine....

Yes...but I thought about that at the end of the day...when I was told by a ref that they had them for rent and I could use one...meh, on well, it worked just as good...and my gun can be turned on/off so I just turn it off when I'm not using it.

I think the black barrel condoms are fine for speedball, but I agree that it makes no sense in woodsball to have a barrel condom the same color as the barrel. Speedball, everyone knows your out if you stand up and walk. Woodsball, standing up and walking is like the way its played, heh.

That's all well and good, but the safety in the barrel condom is that for that one time you were distracted and forgot to turn off your gun on the way out everyone is safe anyway.
