Office hours were the firstthing on the agenda for the Sept. 13 meeting of senate. The hours are to help student organizations who need help with one-funds and constitution rewrites. The office hours are Tuesdays noon-2 p.m. and Thursdays 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

The academic standards committee gave a short report about the process for the honor code. Included within this is how it will deal with academic dismissal and academic protest.

Under old business the Ripon College Paintball Club's constitution was brought back to the table and questions were raised by senators about word choice and the student participation in the club. Students will need to sign waivers saying that the college is not responsible for them if they are injured.

Concern was that reasonable supervision would have to accompany students whenever they went to tournaments. After addressing all concerns the constitution was approved.
