I like my 14" JJ Ceramic, not the most expensive barrel, but you can shoot through a ball break. I dare you to try that with a flatline. And to clean out a ball break in a flatline you have to take the barrel off and run the cable thru it. And the flat line is NOT accurate. It dont matter if you get an extra 50 feet if they can 1) dodge it 2) cant hit it and 3)it dont break.
Just my 2 cents!

You should look into a barrel kit. The size of the paint will always change and you never know what youre going to get. Go with a barrel kit and you wont be dissapointed.

I prefer the 14 inch barrel.I want to make balls bust not bounce off the guy at long range.

I have a flatline on my A-5..its O.K. Personaly I love the hammerhead. The flatline goes far, but is totaly un acurite. The hammerhead is silent, and its deadly acurite. I use both really...kinda depends on the event I'm at, and How much paint I want to use. Some times I play as a suppressor, so accuracy dosn't matter, but the distance does, so I use the flatline. Some times I need to shoot people out, so I use the hammerhead. I don't want to go into to much detail, becouse I might blow my teams who stratigy away, but basicly I have to give the flatline a thumbs up. I hate to recamend this site since I did the same thing when Ace asked about the RT, but try going here--- http://www.specialopspaintball.com/a...ine_barrel.asp

I use the Flat Line on my A5 with RT, and I love it. It works better for my style of play. I have a barrel kit for when the weather isnt co-operating windy, rainy, cold which the FL does not like.
