Ben T. Mpp games... hands down, Ben is a player and he thinks about the players when writing the game, his games always run fairly smooth and ive never seen him loose his cool. I know if im going to an mpp game its going to be tough and FUN!!!!

I'll duck the main question out of respect for all of the producers out there, but I will take a crack at the why part.
But the difference between the good ones and the bad ones comes down to the basic differences between love of the game .vs. love of money. The love of the game will translate into respect and appreciation for the players. The love of money will eventually compromise quality, safety, and fun. You can pick up the scent when the respect and appreciation for the player seems lacking. There are a lot of producers I wont play for these reasons.

I never thought this would be so controversial nor was it designed to be, or be a place to bash people. Thumper I like your responce to the question it should be about caring for the players not the money.

Whew hard question!!!
I know Ben and Wayne personaly, Ben and I were on the same championship team. Wayne I've know from the very first scenario game played in Fl. Billy I've met and become friends with. Viper is a pal of mine as well.My pal Charles "The Boss" I also is one of the nicest guys your ever going to meet, and is reciptive to new ideas. Bill"Duncan"Dunlap for bringing scenario ball to new venues.I don't think I can hang a sign on anyone producer, they all are great in my mind. Waying for his inovation, Ben for his consistance, Kerry Rosenbery for his pushing the paramiters of the normal. Mother of MXS for just hanging in there and weathering the storm as long as was possible. We are going to miss you Diane. IMO there isn't one that is the best they all have there positive and negitive qualities...Producing Scenario ball isn't the easiest way to maintain friendships, or make a living. I have produced games my self, I wish I hadn't stopped. That's a hard question. |
