The word Agg first originated in So Cal when some people in the paintball scene began to use the word to describe originality. Agg can be associated with other words from other sports such as "Steezy" from Skiing and Snowboarding. Being Agg is about being original, being yourself, and looking good while doing it.

I want to begin with a few things that make you more Agg. Add these to any of the things below and you will make yourself more Agg.

Camo- Looks amazing, while some believe it is played out, you don't stop seeing some of the most Agg people out there still sporting it. (note- this is not good agg

Designer Prints- Also look amazing and skyrockets your Aggness out of this galaxy. White LV print is very good looking, along with Gucci and Burberry prints.

HK Gear- Anything HK is great, stickers, jerseys, pants, headgear, HK'd guns are all great.

Good Pictures- Nice Pictures that make you look Agg... like this:


*SKILL and POSTURE*
Being Agg has nothing to do with your skill. You can be so Agg that you make Kenny Rosenberg look like he picked up his Agg gear from Goodwill and be terrible at paintball. Which, may I add, it is not possible to out-do Kenny.

With that said, your posture is very important. You cannot be Agg and look like your trying to rape a tree. The Dynasty power stance is a good example of an Agg stance. Also, if you just look at ANY picture of Ryan Greenspan, you will see an Agg posture. I garantee you, you will NEVER see Ryan in a bad stance. He always has the opposite knee up when kneeling, never on two knee's, and never on the wrong knee. And remember kiddies, always stay tight in your bunker, I never want to see any Hopper Shark out there.

*DIVING and SLIDING*
The point of diving and sliding is to get under the streams of paint people are shooting at you. That means all you people who dive or slide into the back-center need to stop making yourself look like a fool.

Diving is a difficult thing to do for some people. If you can't dive, you know you can't, so don't try. The proper way to look Agg while sliding is to sort of slide leaning on one side of your body, with your free hand out reaching toward your bunker, and your gun tucked safely in toward your body. *HEADGEAR*

If you buy headgear, buy it there. Headgear is a very touchy subject. Most headgear is either Agg or very horribly terribly not Agg. Your headgear should reveal none of your forehead. Understood? Good. Lets begin with Sandanas.

Sandana's are a headwrap, with a mesh, or light cloth attached to it which goes over your head TIGHTLY, as in no loose crap and not many wrinkles, and is tucked neatly into the back of the headwrap. Agg Sandana's include anything with HK on it, Camo, and mostly anything else that flat out looks good to be honest. However, Bunker King headwraps and headgear is strictly prohibited. Bunker King is very played out, making it not Agg, hopefully your catching on by now.

Headwraps are hard to be original with. However, anything HK, designer print, and Venomwear can indeed be Agg if worn correctly. Headwraps should reveal none of your forehead and should be put on tight, with the flaps at the end hanging out loosely. Headwraps should be worn in conjunction with other headgear, such as beanies.

Beanies are a great way to get bounces and be Agg. However, all beanies that are worn with the intention of being Agg should have a visor, and that visor should always be flipped up to promote ultra agg-ness and get more bounces. Don't wear plain old beanies, go out and find yourself a nice, original beanie that has some good colors that match and sport it with a nice headwrap.

Headgear worn together Any Headgear worn together must look good and be pretty original. The most common and Agg gear that is worn together is mostly Beanies and Headwraps. As long as they look good, your good to go. However, Agg is about being original, so remember that as long as it looks good, you can wear a Sandana on top of a Beanie with a headwrap around it and be Agg, but it has to look good.

*MASKS*
Masks are the center point of your head, even with Agg headgear that knocks peoples socks off, a bad mask combo can ruin your chances of getting into Agg Heaven. The following is examples of all masks that can be Agg and what needs to be on the mask to make it Agg. Oh, and keep the stupid pins off your straps.

JT Proflex/Flex 8- This is ussually the most used and the most Agg mask out there, however there are things that need to be done to keep this wild animal tame. You need some kind of tinted or mirror lense. However, don't waste your money on those stupid fade lenses, those are not good looking at all and really aren't Agg. A super sweet strap is next on the list. Want to go big? One word for you. Bubble. Running in at around 60$, the Bubble strap is the king of straps, but good luck finding one. Pretty much any other hard to find strap is Agg also, Camo, Techno, Rising Sun, Cash Money, Old School's, anything that looks good.

V-Force Profiler- For a Profiler you really need the softear mod. You need the tinted lense, and you need a better strap then the stock one. Final words about these, don't buy Green.

Proto- The Proto Switch's are a great way to be Agg. Most people like to paint they're lense frames, which is Okay as long as it looks good. As stated for the other masks, tinted lenses for the win, maybe a different strap also.

Skull- The top must be cut....Chea Chea!

E-Vents- Just put the smoke lense in and your good to go. DONT BUY WHITE.

Anything I didn't state doesn't have much potential to be Agg. To answer questions, No, an Invision cannot be Agg.

*JERSEY*
Wow this is a big subject. Okay let me go get a drink... Okay I'm back with renewed energy. Now, There is many ways to sport an Agg jersey the right way. To begin with, don't tuck it in, and to end with, put it over your pack.

Any jersey that is an HK jersey is a shrine and is considered completely Agg when worn correctly. Pro Jerseys are also amazingly Agg. Most other jerseys can be considered Agg as well, however, please do not try to match your Jersey color with the color of your pants and your mask, it just makes you look like you don't know what your doing. Don't wear Evil, Spyder, Nexed, and please don't wear a short sleeve shirt. Cotton heavyweight black long sleeve shirts, with teams, logo's, or just plain can be Agg and should be at least size XL for optimal bounce ability to be super Agg.

*PACK*
Packs can't really be Agg all by themselves. just have your jersey over them and buy something of decent quality and that looks good. NXe packs are terrific, expesscially those Joy Division Leopard print ones.

*PANTS*
Pants are a terrific way to show your Agg. To be honest, there is one way to bring out the most Agg possible in a pair of pants. That is to buy yourself a nice pair or JT Team Pants. Man, if you can find yourself someone to put Camo into the the blank spaces, your in buisness. As I said before, please don't match all your stuff, its just not fun to look at. KThnxBye.

*FOOTWEAR*
Nike Total 90's. Everything else is neutral unless they're clown shoes.

*GLOVES*
Please wear gloves. If you don't have some, buy some. Don't buy stuff that is ugly or looks bad and make sure to cut two fingers off each glove and you'll be all set to rock your new Agg gloves.

Onto the side topic of this which is anodizing of said gats. Theres really only one way to describe thise which is BE ORIGINAL with your anodize. If you want it recognized as Super Duper Agg, then do something that is so original and so crazy that everyone else after you does it. An example of this is the LV and Gucci ano's.

That pretty much sum's up how to be Agg. There are a few things I left out such as Loaders, Tanks, and Tank Covers, but you know the drill by now, keep it original and keep it looking good. Remember that you want to look very Agg in your pictures, and all of the things stated above will put you on a path to success. Hope this helps a few of you Agg-deprived little ballers out there looking for some help.
